Success fee

There is no charge for registering and listing your business on the Sustaintech website. The success fee for successful raising of capital is based on 6% for amounts up to and including AUD$1,000,000; 5% on amounts above AUD$1,000,000; and 2.5% for investments made by subsequent investors who are introduced by investors originally introduced by Sustaintech Ltd.

Where the investment arrangement involves a number of payments over time, the success fee is calculated on the total of all payments.

Should a subsequent arrangement be entered into between the business operator and business investor, or parties introduced by the business investor, within 5 years of the first payment, this success fee shall apply to these subsequent arrangements as if they were part of the initial arrangement.

Where the investment arrangement involves a number of parties within a syndicate, the success fee is calculated on each party's investment unless otherwise agreed with Sustaintech Ltd.
