| Helen Breier |

Helen Breier has been a senior adviser with major Broking Houses for the
last ten years and is a director of a developmental ethical funds
management company. She is currently at FW Holst and Co. Sharebrokers
where she advises private clients and researches and produces the Eco
Equities newsletter. She has previously researched and produced the
newsletter 'Against the Trend - a contrarian view of the sharemarket', which has issued over 20 editions.
Previously, Helen spent 7 years at the Australian Stock Exchange as
manager of Public Relations. She also has experience in teaching to
tertiary level, print and radio journalism. In addition to a major in
International Relations, a Diploma of Education she has a Certificate in
Financial Markets, and is an Affiliate of the Securities Institute and is
an accredited member of the Securities and Derivatives Industry
Association.

| Emanuele Paletto |

Emanuele Paletto's academic qualifications in Economics, Chinese Political Economy and a Master of Business Administration (AGSM) are supported by almost 10 years in insurance and banking, most recently 5 with Macquarie Bank. Recently Emanuele has been engaged in a variety of sustainability and management projects.
His experience and knowledge together with organisational skills are of great benefit to Sustaintech Ltd and its clients.

| Frank Spranger |

In the late 90's Frank consulted to The Ethical Investment Trust (Oxfam
Community Aid Abroad) managing and growing funds. He then created and
spearheaded the introduction of Australia's first Ethical Banking Account for
Bendigo Bank Ltd. which attracted funds of approximately $150m in the 15
months since launch, netting the charity around $1m p.a.
Frank works with business owners offering a unique blend of skills and
processes that fuse life purpose with capital raising, marketing and becoming
commercially and personally 'investment ready'.

Now a Chartered Accountant, Cameron has worked in policy, finance and marketing roles for non-government organisations (NGOs), government and the private sector in Australia and the United Kingdom.
He brings to Sustaintech an eclectic mix of IT, marketing, financial and taxation skills developed within organisations large and small.
Cameron's commitment to sustainable technologies springs from his belief in the need for more innovative and profound solutions to the twin challenges of environmental decline and poverty facing all of the people of the world.

| Paul Martin |

Paul Martin is currently Managing Partner of The Profit Foundation which provides strategic advice to enterprises engaged in new technologies, and markets. He is also Chairman of the Southern Catchment Management Board.
The many positions he has held include Chairman of Micromedical Industies Ltd, Member of the Pooled Development Funds Registration board and Director of Continental Venture Capital. He was also a member of the NSW Technology Development Board and NSW Innovation Council and Visiting Associate Professor of Sydney University Graduate School of Business among many other positions Paul Martin has facilitated, negotiated and provided counsel, analysis and capabilities development for a wide range of organizations including, CSIRO, SBC Warburg, Telstra, Australia Post, Pharmacy Guild, Environmental Group Ltd, NSW State Rail, Department of Industry Science and Technology and Australian Wool Corporation to name a small selection. He provides Sustaintech with legal and business counsel and is available to consult to clients of Sustaintech.

| David Williams |

David is a development manager and is the managing director of Tier Consulting Group Pty Ltd providing consulting services to the tourism and development industries in Sydney. With an in-depth knowledge of project management, together with sound business development and entrepreneurial skills ranging over three decades, David offers a unique blend of experience and expertise, to any developing enterprise. David is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
On a more personal level - David's quest for adventure led him to build a 63 foot schooner in the seventies. He and his wife Elizabeth operated a successful charter business, first in the Indian Ocean, and later, for several years in the mid eighties, in the Caribbean. Always a keen bush-walker, David delights in natural ways to keep fit and can be found bodysurfing the 'back line', off South Curl Curl's Surf Lifesaving Club, every Tuesday - year round!
