There are three levels which services are offered for individual investors who would like assistance in their search, or companies seeking to make a strategic capital placement:

1. Search and Introduction
   Sustaintech assesses your investment criteria against those of companies seeking capital to assess suitability for immediate introductions.
   This free service is provided to all registered investors initially, and companies are then monitored on an ongoing basis for investment suitability.
   


2. Targeted Search
   Sustaintech offers a dedicated and tailored search and introduction service to respond to your particular needs directly.
   This often involves research and a scan of the marketplace and networks. The service can be as simple as gathering industry intelligence, or Sustaintech can identify a finite listing of companies in the market where the investment is desired. Companies may then be confidentially approached to assess receptiveness to capital placement, and negotiations commence.
   


3. Pre Investment
   Sustaintech can undertake pre investment analysis of companies and independent investigations, such as:
   
   • Assessment of Market and Sales potential/ Feasibility Study
   • Assessment of Governance structure
   • Business Valuation
   • Due Diligence
   • Negotiation on your behalf
   This service is offered on a fee basis.
